1. Registration & Payment

• Registration is confirmed only after full payment (or first installment if using a payment plan).
• For events, all payments must be completed 7 days before the event.

2. Refunds & Transfers

• See Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Tickets are non-refundable 14 days before an event.
• Attendees may transfer their ticket to another person until 9:30 AM ET 7 days before an event by contacting info@tradinglitt.com or using the preferred method of opening a support ticket on our Discord server.

3. Event Changes & Cancellations

• The organizer reserves the right to modify speakers, schedule, or venue as needed.
• If the event is canceled, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price.
• The organizer is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other indirect costs.

4. Photo, Video & Recording Consent

• By attending, you grant the organizer the right to photograph, film, and record you during the event.
• These materials may be used for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes in perpetuity without additional approval or compensation.

5. Code of Conduct

• Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward speakers, staff, and other participants.
• Harassment, disruptive behavior, or violation of venue rules may result in removal without refund.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• The workshop is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial or investment advice.
• Trading involves risk. Attendees are solely responsible for their own trading decisions and outcomes.
• The organizer, instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred.

7. Personal Belongings

• Attendees are responsible for securing their own belongings. The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
